Breast reduction?*
Q. I was thinking of getting a breast reduction.I have broad shoulders and was wondering if I got a breast reduction they would appear not as broad.

A. Dont do it. If you make them bigger your shoulders will appear less broad.

Breast reduction, back pain?*
Q. I'm 18, size 36E.. and very unconfident because with my size. I feel i look bigger because of the size of my breasts.I've tried losing some weight, exercising... to see if they would shrink as i lost the weight but since doing so (exercising..etc) i've been getting extremely bad back pain, seems to be in the centre, down my spine.. it just hurts too much so now ive had to stop the exercise, and well... it seems i'm stuck...I'm seriously concidering getting a brast reduction, not just because of my back pain (which i am sure they are the cause for), but for my confidence as well!I was wondering if anybody knew how much a smaller exactly they allow you to go? does a breast reduction also include a breast lift or without a lift? is it ok for doctors to charge 4 lift?*
Q. I am trying to get a breast reduction my doctor charged my insuarance company which approved me. Now he's telling that if I want a plain reduction I don't have to pay but if I want a lift I have to pay more money out of my pocket. Does a breast reduction include a lift?

A. No, it doesn't come with a lift. A lift requires a different procedure from just removing the excess tissue. He should give you something of a "discount" since he's already got you under and opened up and stuff. Good luck.
